If you need to cancel your appointment please let us know as soon as possible - we send our confirmation reminders out 48 hours in advance, so we require at least 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If your appointment is canceled within 48 hours - there will be a 50% of your scheduled service cancellation fee applied to your next bill. Please understand we are a small, busy salon with a waiting list of people wanting to schedule in, so if you need to cancel your appointment please do so promptly. Thank you for understanding!
